Day 6



Food

  • whole grain toast with cashew butter
  • smoothie - strawberries, banana, peanut butter, yogurt, ice
  • cheesecake
  • tea
  • quesadilla with black beans, onion, tomato, cheese
  • sweet potato cake with edamame, goat cheese, fig jam, swiss chard
Exercise
  • 1.93 mile run to the gym
  • 1 hour of yoga
