Day 5


Run, run, run!!!

Food
  • whole grain toast (small amount of butter) with two hard boiled eggs
  • apple
  • 1/2 turkey sandwich with 1 slice of cheddar cheese, lettuce, little bit of mayo
  • bag of Utz potato chips
  • 2 beers 
  • Buffalo chicken wrap (with fries)
  • 1 vodka soda with lime
Exercise
  • 2.5 mile run
